When shopping online with St Francis, you might see a few prices offered for each product. Our website will always try to calculate the lowest, most affordable  price for you - based on information you provide us. The more accurate, complete information you can provide - the better.

RRP

These prices reflect either 'Recommended Retail Prices' from our suppliers, or (if unavailable) suggested pharmacy retail market prices based on typical prices from other Australian retail pharmacies.

24/7 Online Price

These prices are offered to everyone who shops online with us. You don't need to be a Saints Saver Member - these prices are offered every day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Did someone say "Low Prices Everyday?" 

When these prices relate to prescriptions, a valid Australian prescrption will also need to be submitted. (see here)


Saint's Saver Price

Aaahhh. Our best value, lowest prices! These are reserved for current Saints Saver Members. Sign up for FREE membership here - and you'll get access to these great prices. Easy!

Online Prescription Prices

To purchase presciption items with St Francis, you will need to join our Saint's Saver Club. Don't worry, it's absolutley FREE to join. We just figure - you will need to provide your information to safely receive prescriptions anyway.. so you might as well be rewarded for the effort!

General PBS

These prices are only available if you have a valid Australian Medicare Card, and a valid Australian prescription. The Australian 'Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme' (or PBS) will then allow us to subsidise to the price shown. More information on the PBS can be found at their website www.pbs.gov.au. These prices cannot be discounted as they are set by the federal government. Your expenditure from these medicines will also contribute to your Safety Net total for current year.
 

Concession

These prices start from just $5.20 (discounted from $6.20!)*. These prices are only available if you have a valid Concession or Health CareCard, in addition to the Australian Medicare Card, and a valid Australian prescription. The Australian 'Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme' (or PBS) will then allow us to subsidise to the price shown. These prices cannot be further discounted as they are set by the federal government. Your expenditure from these medicines will also contribute to your Safety Net total for current year.

Some prescription items cannot be discounted if supplied within 20 days from your last supply. As well,  in some cases - if supplied within 20 days, your payment may not contribute to your annual PBS Safety Net Threshold. Call us 1300 783 726 if you're unsure if you might be affected.


2016 Safety Net Thresholds and values are;

General Patients:
 $1,475.70* - a safety net card will be issued allowing PBS prescriptions to be charged at $5.20* each for the rest of the calendar year.

Concession Card Holders (pensions, health care card, veteran affairs etc as detailed above) $372.00* - a safety net card will be issued allowing PBS prescriptions to be FREE* for the rest of the calendar year, 2016.


*These prices do not include a surcharge for the more expensive alternative brands/medicines.
