Below are some of our more common questions we get asked. If you can't find an answer to your query here, get in contact and we'll see if we can help!

Do I have to become a Member to shop with St Francis?
Nope! You can still purchase anything (except prescription medicines) without becoming a Saint's Saver Member. Becoming a member though will bring extra benefits, including better prices. To purchase prescription medicines, you'll need to submit health information, which will auto-qualify you for membership.

Can I buy something you don’t have?
Contact us by email or phone and we'll do our best to find it for you. We always offer special orders for customers - so if we don't have, we'll try to get it in for you!

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you live. In Australia, we use Australia Post to deliver our orders, using parcel post. Normally, you can expect to receive your order Australia-wide no later than five business days after placing your order.

Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are taken, packed and sent from our fully accredited Subiaco pharmacy

Can I get tax invoices for previous orders?
We provide tax invoices with all orders delivered. To organise reprints, contact us and we'll do our best to accomodate.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express - and we DON'T add any surcharges to your payment total. We do not currently offer Paypal (although we would like to).

How do I change my contact info?
If you're a member, it's easy. Simply go to the Member's Area, and go to the relevant section (eg: 'My Contact Info'), edit, and save by clicking ok.
You can also edit your info by contacting us, and we'll edit for you.

Do you deliver overseas?
Not yet - but we will be soon. Please note we cannot ship Australian pharmacy products to the USA.

Who do you use for delivery?
For Australia-wide deliveries we use Australia Post.

What if I’m not home?
Australia Post delivery drivers will look to leave your order in a safe area. A card will be left in your letterbox expalining where they have left your order. If a safe spot can't be found, your order will be taken to an Australia Post office, and a card will be left in your letterbox explaining where and when you can collect the order.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you haven't progressed to finish payment checkout, and paid for your order - it's easy. Simply go to your shopping cart (by clicking 'Checkout' at top of screen). Within your shopping cart (Step 1 of checkout process) you can remove, edit unit numbers, update and even empty the shopping cart. You can then progress to shopping online as usual.

If you have already paid and finsihed checkout - you'll need to contact us ASAP by calling 1300 783 726. We do have a 14 Day Guarantee after this perioid, but returns may incur a freight charge.

What is your exchange/refund policy?
Our 14 Day Good Health Guarantee covers our exchange/refund policy. Contact us within 14 days from receival of order and we'll offer replacement, online store credit or refund. You'll need to supply proof of purchase. If you're asking for a refund or exchange due to changing of mind, please note:

  • You'll also incur the cost of return postage
  • Product must be in original packaging and unopened 

Is St Francis a genuine, 100% Australian registered pharmacy?
Yes! We're based in Western Australia, and Australian family owned. We are PBS registered and QCPP accredited.
